Membership Fees

An annual membership fee is due on the 1st of January each year. There is no reduction in fees for joining partway through a year. If any member has not paid their annual subscription by the AGM, their membership will be deemed to have lapsed.

From 2004 all lapsed members who re-new their membership after the 1st May will be charged an additional £10 administration fee.

The Central Committee recovers 60% of the Diving members fees and 100% of the Non-diving members fees from the Regional Sections to cover the costs of the administration of the Group, such as insurance and the Newsletter.

From 1st January 2005 a new system of membership fees apply. There will be a menu of fees

1. Charge for the Group's publications for domestic and overseas subscribers (£15).
2. Non-diving membership fee (£10).
3. Diving membership fee (£30).
4. Temporary membership fee (£5).
5. Regional section levy (£10).
6. Joining / re-joining fee (£10).

Non-diving members shall pay the sum of £35 (i.e. parts: i, ii and v).

Diving members shall pay the sum of £55 (i.e. parts: i, iii and v).

New members will be required to pay an additional £10 new membership administration fee.

Re-joining members will be required to pay an additional £10.

Annual NL subscribers will pay £15.

Please make all cheques payable to The Cave Diving Group.

Members should sent their entire membership fee to their Regional Section. The Section will forward the central elements to the central Treasurer. Annual Newsletter subscribers should send their subscription fee and details to the Distribution Manager.
